And wooden columnar activated carbon is made from high iodine value charcoal powder as raw material. Columnar activated carbon has good pore structure and adsorption performance, high mechanical strength, easy to regenerate repeatedly, and low cost; Used for purification of toxic gases, solvent recovery, waste gas treatment, and purification of industrial and domestic water.

Application scenarios
  • (1) Wastewater treatment: Utilizing the excellent adsorption properties of pore structures, it can effectively purify domestic and chemical wastewater.
  • (2) Desulfurization and denitrification: mainly used for the removal of H2S from various gases such as biogas, water gas, semi water gas, coke oven gas, natural gas, carbon dioxide, city gas, synthetic ammonia process gas, chemical raw material gas, etc.
  • (3) Solvent recovery: It has a high adsorption capacity for most organic solvent vapors within a wide concentration range, and is widely used for the recovery of organic solvents such as benzene, ether, xylene, ethanol, acetone, gasoline, trichloromethane, and carbon tetrachloride.
  • (4) Nitrogen generator/air separation equipment: widely used in ammonia purification equipment and air separation ammonia production equipment, especially suitable for post purification and oil absorption of pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production.
Usage

It can be used directly or placed in a purification cabinet or adsorption bed for use.

precautions
  • 1. When storing activated carbon, direct contact with a fire source should be avoided to prevent ignition. During activated carbon regeneration, oxygen should be avoided and the regeneration should be thorough. After regeneration, it must be cooled with steam to below 80 ℃, otherwise the temperature will be high and the activated carbon will spontaneously ignite when exposed to oxygen.
  • 2. During storage, pay attention to moisture prevention, sun protection, and waterproofing, and try to avoid packaging damage to avoid affecting the adsorption effect. Do not step on it to prevent the breakage of charcoal particles from affecting the quality.
