Mingde Environmental Protection specializes in the production of honeycomb ceramic regenerators, catalyst carriers, waste gas purification catalysts, and other chemical packing materials, which are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, coal, pharmaceuticals, mechanical electronics, and new energy materials. Jiangxi Mingde Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. is composed of a pioneering team integrating senior technical experts (the first batch engaged in honeycomb ceramic R&D and production in China) and outstanding young environmental protection practitioners, forming a structure with a combination of middle-aged and young members (predominantly young). The team has established long-term cooperative relations with professors from prestigious universities such as Zhejiang University, Sichuan University, Northeastern University, Shanghai University, Nanchang University, Shandong University of Technology, Jingdezhen Ceramic University, and Pingxiang College, with 5 long/short-term external professors, 3 associate professors, and 7 doctors. Guided by renowned domestic experts in industrial ceramics and environmental protection, as well as former senior researchers from a leading Japanese multinational (a global leader in honeycomb ceramics), Mingde Environmental Protection has built a first-class automated honeycomb ceramic production line in China. It integrates international advanced technical quality management methods with China's factory practices, designing and manufacturing products with standards far exceeding national industry requirements. The entire production process is entrusted to the Jiangxi Ceramic Testing Center, which uses the most advanced domestic testing equipment for regular supervision and inspection. The core technical team of the company has participated in compiling 3 national energy industry standards for regenerative gas power generation and oxidation technology, and is currently invited by the standard compilation committee to participate in formulating the national industry standard for Honeycomb Ceramic Regenerators for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Purification.
Our company's technical personnel core participated in the compilation of three national energy industry standards for thermal storage gas power generation and oxidation technology,and participated in the compilation of the national industry standard for "Honeycomb Ceramic Thermal Storage Bodies for Industrial Organic Waste Gas Purification".At the beginning of the factory construction, it bench marked the advanced level of the industry, and the product quality was recognized by many multinational companies at home and abroad.
