Plastic flat ring packing is a new type of plastic packing product that is improved on the basis of the Rascal ring and combines the advantages of the Ball ring. Its aspect ratio is 0.2-0.4, and the flanging of the stepped ring is eliminated. Three Y-shaped ribs are used to improve the strength of the packing, which can be arranged in an orderly manner in disorderly stacking. The flow channel structure is reasonable, the pressure is reduced, and both the processing capacity and mass transfer performance are improved.
