Metal flat ring packing is a type of short opening ring packing. Its height to diameter ratio reaches about 1/3, and the flat ring packing is structurally similar to the stepped ring. The flanging of the stepped ring is eliminated, and internal curved ribs are used to improve the strength of the packing. It can be arranged in an orderly manner during chaotic stacking, with a reasonable flow channel structure and reduced pressure. Both processing capacity and mass transfer performance have been improved. Ensure that the packing is stacked in a uniform direction, increase the density of the pile, and the inner curved ribs make the gas-liquid distribution in the packing layer more uniform, greatly improving the separation effect. It has the advantages of high mass transfer rate, low bed resistance, high self-care ability, small back mixing and entrainment, and is not easy to scale.
